Mosaic plot
functionality is provided in a single 'ggplot2' layer by
calling the geom 'mosaic'. This extends the now-defunct
'ggmosaic' package by allowing fitted loglinear models which

frequency tables.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/gklorfine/actions/runs/37156607788</link><pubDate>Sun, 27 Sep 2026 22:09:05 GMT</pubDate><r:package>ggmosaic2</r:package><r:version>0.5.1</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://gklorfine.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/friendly/ggmosaic2</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>loglinear-models.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>loglinear-models.html</r:filename><r:title>ggmosaic and Loglinear Models</r:title><r:created>2026-07-29 20:09:24</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-03 18:34:41</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>introducing-ggmosaic2.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>introducing-ggmosaic2.html</r:filename><r:title>Introducing ggmosaic2: an enhanced ggmosaic</r:title><r:created>2026-08-12 17:17:02</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-03 18:56:01</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>ggmosaic.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>ggmosaic.html</r:filename><r:title>Mosaic plots with ggplot2</r:title><r:created>2026-07-29 20:09:24</r:created><r:modified>2026-07-30 02:02:05</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>frequency-table-forms.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>frequency-table-forms.html</r:filename><r:title>Three Forms of Frequency Tables for Mosaic Displays</r:title><r:created>2026-07-29 20:09:24</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-03 18:34:41</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[gklorfine] vcdExtra 0.9.9</title><author>friendly@yorku.ca (Michael Friendly)</author><description>Provides additional data sets, methods and documentation
to complement the 'vcd' package for Visualizing Categorical
Data and the 'gnm' package for Generalized Nonlinear Models. In
particular, 'vcdExtra' extends mosaic, assoc and sieve plots
from 'vcd' to handle 'glm()' and 'gnm()' models and adds a 3D
version in 'mosaic3d'. Additionally, methods are provided for
comparing and visualizing lists of 'glm' and 'loglm' objects.
This package is now a support package for the book Friendly, M.
and Meyer, D. (2016, ISBN:978-1-4987-2583-5) 'Discrete Data
Analysis with R: Visualization and Modeling Techniques for
Categorical and Count Data'. Recent work adds colorized tables
of frequencies to highlight patterns of association,
association graphs to visualize conditional independence and a
variety of new or improved statistical tests for categorical
data analysis.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/gklorfine/actions/runs/37156604503</link><pubDate>Thu, 24 Sep 2026 16:27:37 GMT</pubDate><r:package>vcdExtra</r:package><r:version>0.9.9</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://gklorfine.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/friendly/vcdExtra</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>a1-creating.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>a1-creating.html</r:filename><r:title>Creating and manipulating frequency tables </r:title><r:created>2024-10-13 16:11:39</r:created><r:modified>2026-05-05 18:56:13</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>a1a-convert-collapse.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>a1a-convert-collapse.html</r:filename><r:title>1a.
